Re: who is still about and revamp

I actually bought a small motorbike at the height of the fuel prices. I used to have one about 10 years ago. Getting another one has re-kindled the bike bug and so I don't use the car hardly at all now. It amuses me that the government will now be making less money from me in tax as I use much less ...

Re: Only Hope

Well said. I think most people can see the mass that Labour have made. My new council tax bill made me laugh because there was a leaflet banging on about how great it was that the new increase was low and in line with inflation. Are they so stupid that they think we'll suddenly forget the massive in...

Only Hope

UKIP is our only hope of avoiding being part of 'Empire Europe' and the un-democratic way in which it is set up and run. I don't think I'll ever forgive Gordon Brown for signing the Lisbon treaty, having the Queen sign it and sending it off to Rome. For me it was nothing short of an act of treason.....

Re: Spitting feathers - It's just not funny anymore!

Hello and welcome Oilbdamned. I couldn't have put it better myself. I had a similar rant recently about the gas companies. They raised their prices because oil went up (don't even get me started on that one) but have failed to drop them again since. Personally I'd like to see someone lose it by taki...

Re: Gas companies and their CEO's

I know what you mean. I personally am 100% behind the Israelis if we had a group of people that we gave oil and medical aid to was sending 8000 rockets at some of our towns over an 8 year period as a thankyou, we'd not only just retaliate, we'd obliterate them. It seems to me that when Israel do not...

Gas companies and their CEO's

I'm now incenced that the gas companies have not dramatically dropped their prices. The gas prices were hiked up because they are artificially linked to that of crude oil (Some EU b****cks, I have no idea why other than to rip people off!) but LOW and BEHOLD now that the price of crude has dropped a...

Re: Working Man Pays Again

The VAT reduction to 15% is a trick anyway because the VAT money goes to Brussels. Gordon Brown has tried to make it look like he's taken a hit in a noble way to help us out. He's done no such thing. He doesn't lose out this money the EU does. No wonder German Chancellor Angela Merkel was quick to c...

Re: CHANGE DIRECTION, WE MUST GET LABOUR IN

UKIP is the only hope. Do not let labout in again. Did you know that Mugabe Brown has already had the Lisbon treaty signed and sent off to Rome? If labour manage to get us into the EU there will be no turning back. We will forever goverened by a group dictatorship of EU commissioners. There is no wa...

Re: Heating Fuel VAT Cut ?

Doesn't this go to the EU at the moment anyway? I know it would save us money which would be good but it wouldn't be a sacrifice for the government if it's the EU that gets this VAT. I'm not sure of the proper details, please advise. In any case it seems like a step in the right direction. The only ...

Re: OK lets get this site back on track....

What about the gas companies, to my knowledge they haven't dropped their prices yet. (and the artificial link between oil prices and gas prices is under the control of the EU commission which links nicely with the above comment) With the price of oil dropping so much the price of gas should have com...

If Clarkson is fired I'm going to stop paying the TV licence

My friend has set up a facebook group called 'If Clarkson is fired I'm going to stop paying the licence fee) I fully support this group. In a democracy it is what the majority want that should be done. 7 million watched top gear and 500 people felt that they needed to complain  . How about you...

Re: UKIP Membership

I'm for UKIP all the way but I fear that there will not be another general election. That traitor Brown has had the Lisbon treaty ratified despite it being null and void thanks to those fantastic Irish (God bless them) but the EU group dictatorship (known as the EU commission) are carrying on regard...

Re: Oil drops 4 percent on financial market turmoil

It takes weeks for the price to come down but mere seconds to go up at the petrol pumps, reason....Thay are a bunch of greedy spineless f****** w******s, greed is seen and will be accounted for eventually, no one escapes God's judgement and he judges the hearts of all. Re: funerals

Just been on the B&Q website. Their cheapest spade is £4.98. I'll dig the grave for free if they like (good exercise) and it wouldn't even cost £4.98 because being an ordinary bloke I already own a spade. We should not be funding this rich b****s funeral when she dies. Let her family pay for a n...

Re: Oil Prices Tumble

If today's news about EDF & Centrica buying British Energy is correct, then McBroon will soon have another £4bn to waste away. Just what we need huh - a French company owning most of our nuclear power stations so they can sell OUR energy back to us. How come McBroon can sell off something paid ...

Re: BIT OFF MORE THAN THEY CAN CHEW

Am I the only one who doesn't really like the Olympics? Or are there others out there like me? It's never really had an appeal to me. When it's on I just think...'Oh great, just what we need on telly, more sport!' Usually I'm very passive about such things and think 'live and let live' but it's an e...

Re: ANYONE FOR U.K.I.P.?

hear hear. I just wish the majority of the population were intelligent enough to see that UKIP is our only hope and the last chance before we are swallowed up forever by the EU with no means of escape (because it's set up more like a group dictatorship and we will have no legal way of pulling out on...
